Benefit Communication Guides
It can be confusing to navigate through the large insurance contracts carriers provide. To address this, Moreton produces an annual, easy-to-understand guide for our clients employees. These guides are simple enough to navigate and yet detailed enough to explain how their benefits work. This is a valuable resource during open enrollment meetings, new hire orientations, and recruiting.

Other Communication Materials
Our clients have the freedom to request additional communication materials (posters, payroll stuffers, flyers, etc.) throughout the year address utilization issues—for instance, to help employees change poor health behaviors, manage existing conditions, or improve their overall wellness. We also have an extensive library to educate employees on making good benefits choices, such as encouraging employees to use generic prescriptions or providing guidelines on emergency room use.
