Many clients have employees who are more comfortable making benefit decisions or discussing claims issues in their native tongue. We employ a full-time Spanish-speaking service representative to assist these employees, and all of our client services are available in Spanish.

To address this, your dedicated service representative creates an easy-to-understand summary of all major benefit plan information. These benefit guides are completely customizable and are a valuable resource during open enrollment meetings, new hire orientations, or recruiting.
