Claims Dispute Assistance
When employees need help with claims or dispute resolution with benefit providers, your dedicated client service representative is available to work directly with the employee to reach the best possible resolution. Billing Assistance
With so much information to process, carriers sometimes send out­dated or inaccurate billing. When an incorrect billing does happen, your representative will work with the carrier to set things right.

Spanish Translation
Many clients have employees who are more comfortable making benefit decisions or discussing claims issues in their native tongue. We employ a full-time Spanish-speaking service representative to assist these employees, and all of our client services are available in Spanish.

These benefit guides are completely customizable and are a valuable resource during open enrollment meetings, new hire orientations, or recruiting.
